The fans will often come on at startup when there is an SES light.

The fans should not run on startup. Not all codes turn on the SES light.

When my Knock sensor wire was grounded to the headers(Melt through), I had that occur.

If the knock sensor wire is grounded, it should set a trouble code.

See fan coming on Often is one thing!
But Fan staying on with regardless of the temp is one thing
Now wire being grounded hmmm
I hate to do electrical wire trouble shooting

If you can plug in a scan tool, see if any of your readings are out of normal ranges. That, at least, will allow you to focus on the most likely cause.
Best of luck to you!

See My problem started
because I decided switch back to Standard Cam driven Water pump from my meizer Electric one.

Because I wanted to daily driven without a problem or concern. Not though I had a issue though, Silly me ?

After I have done all that, My radiator fans wont come on at all.
I took it local shop, he said from relay box where wires are going down and then comming back up and there where is a problem!
So he bypass that wires hookep directly to relay!
No I have not run the car for 1 1/2
When I done changing the water pump back I notice my Secondry Air pump is not comming on and it is giving me a code!
I didn't paid whole lot of attention at that time.
so they all could be releted too ?
Heck I might have hooked the Air inlet house back ward too Insted from Air Intake I might have hooked up to my headers!

I already explained. When some codes set, the fans come on. You asked specifically about the fans coming on at COLD STARTUP. You did not ask about them staying on all the time. But just to clarify, since there seems to be a HUGE communications gap here - THE FANS WILL RUN ALL THE TIME WHEN SOME CODES ARE SET.

My comment about a grounded wire was not for you. I'm not sure why the post about the knock sensor was even added????

Are you reading anything that we are posting. I mentioned that the fans will run if there is an SES light. You told me no SES light. Then I mentioned that the fans will run if there are some codes. You ignored me. Now you are telling me you have a code for the AIR pump. That is a code, and it turns on the SES light. When it setS THE FANS RUN ALL THE TIME. That is why your fans are running all the time.
Now you are telling us someone altered the wiring to the fan relay. Don't you think info like that should have been posted up front?

And what does "No I have not run the car for 1 1/2" mean?

I really can't handle this... getting to damn old and cranky. Maybe someone else can help you.
