Generally not a good idea to "highjack" someone elses thread. Best idea is to start your own thread. When you do start your own thread..... ADD A SIGNATURE. That gives people the info up front, so they can help you.

In the 94-95 LT1's, DTC 29 indicates a problem with the AIR pump. When that codes sets (see rant above) the fans run all the time. Generally, it means the fuse for the AIR pump is blown, because in the OBD-I cars you can unplug the AIR pump and not get a code, as long as the fuse is good.

Next time you get a code, look it up on Shoebox's list, since it is LT1-specific:

The AIR pump is on the driver's side of the engine. The photo you posted appears to be on the passnger side. Look at Shoebox's wiring harness photo, and see if tou can match it up. To get an enlarged photo of any part of the harness, click on the part you want to enlarge.

One other thing to check is if your a/c is on. I know you say it is colder than a witch's tit but you never know if some one clicked it on by mistake or with the defrost maybe? Start with the most simple explanation first.

My comment about a grounded wire was not for you. I'm not sure why the post about the knock sensor was even added????
I hear ya~ nd hear ya very good
I also know about wire ground was not for me

That is why your fans are running all the time.
Now you are telling us someone altered the wiring to the fan relay. Don't you think info like that should have been posted up front?
And what does "No I have not run the car for 1 1/2" mean?
I really can't handle this... getting to damn old and cranky. Maybe someone else can help you.
Yes you are right I should have posted about fan wiring!
Since I didn't run the car 1 1/2 year I didn't had every thing remember sorry
BTW I love your location
again sorry for that info not posting
Perhap I should I need to think straight and lay out every thing in my before I am posting
