Quitest bullet style muffler?

If anyone knows what the quitest bullet style muffler is please let me know. I realize all of them are fairly loud, just curious if any of them are more quiet than others. Thanks a lot!

Re: Quitest bullet style muffler?

Pretty much the longer the Quieter, though some have baffles inside that are directional(installed one way is quieter than installed backwards)

I have a 12" one from jc whitney that's directional like that that i put in the I-pipe before my 40 series flow.

I had the 12" bullet muffler by itself on the back of my old car. It was loud outside but inside the resonance was much less than the flowmaster.

Summit makes a 18" and 24" that'd be quieter. It'd be harder to put the 24" in sideways at the back of the car though.
