Quickest/Fastest stock suspension (All GM) LT1 car?

I'm wondering how quick a stock suspension with all factory parts will go...Aside from removing the front sway bar.

I ran 12.946 @ 105.5 last weekend with a 1.76 60', but that's not the fastest personally. Do stock heads, cam, and converter fit the bill?

friend of mine, with a '93 A4 Z28, just rolled a 12.65 @ 105.xx
his only mods are Lingenfelter CAI, Hooker longtubes and a cutout, i think his car weighed in at 337xlbs, his 60' was a 1.77, and he used BFG drag radials. completely stock suspension

I'm not 100% sure but i'm gonna say that is one of the fastest LT1's if not the fastest, with a minimal amount of boltons

i'll get him to reply to this thread

Like Simple said, i'm all stock suspension except for i removed my front sway bar. Stock heads, stock cam....hell the car still has the stock cat back on it (with a cut out). I ran the time in the sig in very humid weather with those mods at a race weight of 3,375.

Not taking anything away but its not that amazing(good but not amazing) of a time , guys running a full exhaust(longtubes), intake w/ a 3200 stall. Thats what the car should be running.

I agree, solid time but not shocking, but look at his raceweight too.

I have no doubt that car has more in it if he can cut that 60' down even further say in the 1.5x's
all in all i'd say thats a pretty amazing time, considering alot of guys are barely running faster with the Hotcam and the same boltons he has

First reply didn't say anything about a torque converter.

Marcin is running 12.6x-12.7x (around there) with a 306 cam and 4.10 gearing. I don't know but I think it's pretty damn good.

Mine ran 12.82 @ 105.9 MPH with a completely stock motor with exhaust manifolds @ 3448#...But I had a 3200 stall, and 4.10 gears.

Now... Can we get back to the original subject? I'm trying to find out about stock SUSPENSIONS...LOL
