Quick help: removing the Crankshaft pulley

I'm in the middle of swapping optis and Im having one heck of a time getting those three bolts off the crankshaft pulley, everytime I try to twist the really hard the pulley spins. Will putting the car in gear stop that.

By the way anyone else have the problem that the three bolts have a lip on, look liked they were squished.

put the car in gear (first or reverse) and either have someone hold the brake pedal or apply the parking brake

An impact wrench makes it a snap, otherwise do what Dave said. Make sure it is aligned so none of the 3 "fingers" is blocking the opti.
