Question about a mis/headers

Took me and a buddy about 8 hours, had to remove alternator and starter. I did it because I was having some bad misfires. Also changed the fuel filter.

So after the wires/plugs, which was a royal pita, we took it for drive, it missed a few times in the beginning, probably like 5-6 times (it was pretty countable) above 4k till redline and then I took it for another run and it only missed once around 4.5k. Didn't take it for another run though, will later in the week after the fuel injector cleaner, don't want to be too rough on my car.

I got some fuel injector cleaner also. Either way, the car revs much quicker and its not misfireing nearly as bad, actually maybe feels like it pulls alot harder.

So my question is, do you think my opti is going south, or does it sound like its probably because the injectors are alittle clogged? It got much better with the new fuel filter and plugs/wires. I plan on cleaning the maf and optispark connections and blowing some compressed air through the opti, does that sound like a good idea?

Also, this was a royal, royal, royal pain in the ***** to do, so I plan on getting some LT headers, more so as an apperance mod and to make doing this chore alittle easier, then to do it for the hp/tq gains. So which headers have the best plug access?
