Question about Eagle Crankshaft

I had purchased a Eagle 383 stroker kit and dropped it and my block off to the local machine shop to get it all put together, well today I went to pick it up and it didn't seem right. It had my pistons, rods etc in it but the crank didn't seem to be the same one I dropped off. My eagle kit came with a Forged 4340 3.75 stroke eagle crank and the one thats assembled in my block has sunrey printed on it. Is that two different companies or what? The weights look a different color and everything. Should the eagle crank have eagle or something printed on it? Is there any kind of part number stamped on the eagle cranks where I can check it?

Hopefully someone has an answer for you. Google didn't turn a single result for Sunrey Crank.

Usually Eagle prints their name with their logo on the front most part of the crank. You won't be able to see it with the crank in the engine. This is what I have noticed from others pictures but maybe someone else will know how to properly identify it.

Well I did a search and someone had ordered a Eagle 4340 crank like the oneI did and theres said the sunrey name on it also.. Just curious if Sunrey is a make of eagle or what.. I took pictures of my kit when I first bought it a while back and I had the kit internally balanced from eagle and then I looked at where they drilled the counter weights in the pictures I took and compared them to the crank thats assembled in my block and all the drilled spots are in the same spot. Does eagle drill there cranks in all the same spots to balance them? Just looks like the same crank because all the drilled spots are in the same exact location and everything. Just throws me off because when I ordered my stroker kit the crank came in a eagle box.. I may just call eagle tomorrow and ask them.

I think it's made in whatever Chinese foundry is the cheapest that day.

Spin it and measure the piston motion.
