Question about CC305??

Alright guys, I may be getting the CC305 to put in the Z and one of my questions is if the RR's and springs and stuff from the hotcam kit will be sufficent for the CC305. I wanna make sure that I do this right the first time, but I am lso trying to save a few bucks. One of my main concerns is the spring rate on the springs....

Input is greatly appreciated

Which springs and rockers and other parts do you guys suggest for the CC305? If you have part numbers and prices that would be great too.

Thanks

Check my "Stats and specifications" page on my web site. I had a set of CC986 springs that my machinist couldn't use on my heads. We ended up putting a set of Crane double springs on that are rated up to .600" lift. I'm only running .544" with the CC305/1.6 rocker combo.

BTW, good cam choice. Alot of people call it "tiny", but the "tiny" cam is pushing my full weight '93 to 12.0's.

Do you happen to have part numbers for the stuff that you used? I am trying to figure out how much the springs and roller rockers that I need are gonna cost me on top of the cam.

Thanks for the help

First, we need to figure out which route you want to go...Self aligning rockers or non self aligning with guide plates. I chose to go non self aligning because I feel it makes things a little more stable. The swap to NSA requires rockers, guide plates, hardened pushrods, and new rocker studs. Sorry, I don't have a part # for the springs.
My other part #'s will only help you if you want to go NSA.
