Question about Aeromotive Fuel Pump Controllers please...

Would one of the Aeromotive fuel pump controllers be helpful in combating fuel temp increases with HV fuel pumps? Just curious cause i already live in a hot climate and with a 255 in tank and an inline Holley from my nitrous kit, i've noticed my fuel getting pretty hot on hot days after long drives. I'm sure that fuel is cycling through pretty fast and getting pretty hot and I know my tank is expanding a lot. I've actually heard the fuel bubbling after pulling up at home after a long drive on a hot day. We're talking pushing 100deg ambient temps during the drive. So any input about the pump controller? Pros/cons? Thanks.

Why not add a fuel cooler? I've seen that done on an 1,125HP blown LT1 with huge fuel pumps, and it solved the problem.

Are you talking like a cool can setup? If not, then any suggestions on one to buy Fred or would this have to be a home made job on my part? I was hoping to avoid a cool can kinda set up. Thanks for the reply.

I've heard that it will help with the situation that you are experiencing in keeping the temps of the fuel down. What I'm wondering is if one controller can run 2 pumps?

Or should I just run one pump on the controller and a second off a WOT switch or similar... not quite sure yet any suggestions anyone?

(Motor being built is a Twin-Turbo 396 solid-roller; with a little N2O for the extra little kick; I'm looking for 800-1000rwhp)

Yes it will help the problem, also you can put a vented cap on the fill neck, just turn off the evap system in the ecm so it does not code....as far as running two pumps, I see no reason to run 2 pumps full time...put one on a boost switch to turn it on. We put a controller on my car...put I have an Aeromotive A1000 pump. Cool can aint gonna work on a driver..maybe a track only car. Could possibly make a tranny cooler type deal with a fan on it maybe? Just throwin out ideas.

Not a "cool can".... there are finned air cooler coils made specifically for fuel cooling. Work fine on street cars or on track cars.

I like the air cooler idea. I'll check my Summit catalog. You know who also might sell them? Thanks for the input guys.
