put new plugs and wires on an lt1 yestrday
put some new gm plugs/wires on my buddies lt1 yesterday,
Warning: do not attempt.
i did it on a lift and it still took me 6-7 hours. (stock car with manifolds) ihave headers and otvc wires so its not big deal for me, but that was my first time doing it on a stock car and it was a f*ing B*tch. the 4 hours labor x's 100$ an hour at a dealership is well worth paying to have it done.. do not attempt on jackstands!
sorry, had to vent a little

Re: put new plugs and wires on an lt1 yestrday
i did mine with ramps, pretty easy in my opinion. Of course i had previosuly removed my AC, so maybe that made it a bit easier. A few odd contortions to get plug #8 , and and a little scrape on my arm , but no biggie. i would never drop $400 for plugs and wires.
