Pulled a fuse and now the engine is missing and acts like it’s out of time

I have a 94 trans am with a built lt1 and I pulled the #9fuse witch is Diagnostic Energy Reserve Module; Instrument Cluster; Remote Lock Control Module fuse and now the car is miss firing and Acts like it has a timing issue and if u drive it then it has nowere neat the power it did have does anyone have any suggestions on what I could have messed up ? Thanks in advance

Perhaps some add-on engine accessory has been tapped into that line. Does the engine clear up when you put the fuse back?

The instrument cluster connection from fuse #9 passes through (via a 470 ohm resistor) to the red wire on the alternator. Per the alternator wiring diagram that wire is "turn on input - (power up for regulator)”. Is it possible your system voltage is dropping to the point where the PCM, injectors, etc. are affected?
