Proper procedure for AC delete?

Proper procedure for AC delete?

I have the delete pully already but i need to know what needs to come out and how to rerout the hoses etc. I know it can't be that hard but I don't what to mess anything up. Is there a walk threw I can use? Thanks in advance.

Are you planning on taking the whole system out? Just start unscrewing everything and taking it out, like you said, it's not rocket science.

MAKE SURE YOU EVAC THE SYSTEM FIRST!


Thats all I did, went as far as taking out evap, cond, comp, dryer, lines, and heater core... Looks like this

how many pounds can you remove deletin the system under the dash? I just delete de A/C compresor and radiator. and put the battery in the trunk. but Im not sure if its a good idea to remove all the system under the dash , what do you think guys ?

I removed all of it!!!! Under the dash too, not much for the weight factor...

i ditched the a/c, took about an hour at most- only because its a pain getting the lines and the a/c rad out of there.

I kept the heat though- kinda need it here in NY to extend the days of driving the car...

Car doesn't have to work as hard staying cool now either- even with stock rad without the ac rad in front of it gets much better air flow..
