my 95z got broken in toand the head unit got stole. well know when i turned the key none of the lights came on. it didnt respond at all. i just put a new battery in it and the battery is holding a charge. i dont under stand it at all. did this dude cut something when the took my head unit? so plz help if you have any input.

 

There are 3 power lines going to the radio each of which have a fuse on them. Fuse 13 in the I/P fuse block in particular is used for the lights in the dash. Could have gotten shorted to ground when the lines were cut.

check the Number 9 and 17 fuses as well.
