problem w/ tune for headers before headers installed?

Im planning on getting Pacesetter headers and Y pipe w/o AIR and EGR in may or june

My question is:
Can i get a pcm4less tune now for the headers without causing any problems until i install them.

I would like to get the AIR and EGR deleted before attempting the header install to save me some time, but I dont want to have to send the computer a second time to get the Rear 02s deleted and tune for headers(i currently have no tune)

Mods:
1997 Camaro 5.7L LT1 M6 Ttops + !CAGS, TB AirFoil, Hooker 3" CatBack, B&M Ripper Shifter, LT4 KM, Moroso Cold Air, Control Arms, STB, PowerSlot Rotors and Hawk Pads, Delteq Stage I Ignition, 160 Hypertech

If you are just having the AIR, EGR, and rear 02s tuned out then you won't notice it.

Ask the tuner they'll know for sure
