Question Problem - Need some input

It started some time ago just after I've put a new clutch (mcleod) and 52mm TB in.
My car (94Z 6M, less then 60k on, bolton's only) started to do very bad idling - once i shift to the neutral the RPM stays on 1.5-1.3 till the time i completely stop and some times even after for a few seconds. Once i take off (it only happens on the 1st gear) if i don't relies the clutch all the way and fast, the car starting to shake and rattle like a dying horse. Right now i cant play with the clutch and in most of the times i have to take off with some good wheel spinning just to escape the shaking.
Now - the only thing the car due is plugs and wires which will be new in a week (so as the headers). The TB i got was used. I've replaced all the sensors from the old one just to be on the safe side but no help. (unfortunately i don't have an old one to try replacing the whole thing any more) The clutch assembly was brand new flywheel was machined.
I don't really have too much of experience on troubleshooting such cases and computer hookup.
Just wondering what areas should i take a look on so i don't get ripped off by some smarta$$ mechanic who would recommend to rebuild the engine
I would really appreciate any input on it (what should i look for myself or involve the pro's)
Thanks in advance
Alex

i was thinking the same even though the TB itself is in the good shape (all sensors / gaskets where changed + mech it looks and works good too)

Are you pretty sure the tranny mount is good/bolted and the torque arm is properly mounted? I'm still wondering what the high idle is all about. Alot of times that is caused by a rip or improperly installed intake elbow.

Not too sure about tranny mounting/TA but i'll take a look on it once the car be up for headers and ypipe. Can it be a problem because of the poor install of the clutch assembley itself??
the elbow is pretty steady and in the good shape. ive been putting it in and out for quite a few times. i haven't checked on K&N cone for quite a while though.

Sorry, don't mean to threadjack, but did you ever get that throttle body resonator plug I sent you? Just wondering. Sorry that it took so long, if you did...
