Thumbs down Possible fuel pump problem?

So i ran outta gas twice in one week and ever since then ive been having this issue
I ride the car and once in a while it would just stall and shut off
then id try to start it and it would keep turnin over and over and never come on
i waited a few minutes and boom it started..
then it would run for a few days or a week np and again its doing it again!!
I was drivin and it stalled at a light so i started it right back up drove up this hill and it stopped on me again.. SOMETIMES when i did try to start it; it sounded like only a few cylinders were running

Any suggests please!!!

Fuel pump is fried. Get a fuel pressure gage with a hose and tape it to the windshield. Watch the pressure when you have the problem. Fuel pumps will easily burn out when run low on fuel. See it a couple times a week.
