Re: Polished aluminum valve cover?

The majority of people paint their stockers, which would be alot cheaper than new aluminum ones. I bought new shorty style covers and clearenced my alternator.

I clearanced the alternator as well.
It doesn,t show and just takes a few minutes with the grinder.
I took everything out and low mounted the alternator so now I can run tall covers.

1.6 RR'S will fit under stockers with some trimming. I bought a set of chromed aluminum covers from GMPP. They are about the same size as LT4 covers. I intend to just trim the alt.

later,
Vicious

I've got moroso polished aluminum valvecovers. Had a machine shop notch out where the alternator goes. They look great.
