I've used both Taylor and MSD. Had arching with an old set of Taylors, the MSD is about 3 months old with no problem so far. The installation of the MSD is much easier and package seems to be of better quality too, terminals are better, mini crimper included.

Personally, I have never had problems with Taylor wires. They have always worked well for me and not to mention they tally up quite a bit cheaper then the MSDs.

I think I'm going to do MSD's whenever the time comes. Do they make an OTVC set with looms and everything? Or do you have to buy their wire in bulk and cut your own wires, make your own looms etc.?

AC Delcos are 7mm Packard wires. You can get them dicounted for less than that (depending on year). MSD's are 8.5mm, $95
