plug wire arcing

plug wire arcing

OK I got a quick question. I have msd 8.5's on my car and some of them are running side by side touching each other. Do you think this could cause arking?

No. Not unless the silicone is cut or worn thru.

just the wires touching wires will not cause arching...

just wondering because I had my car miss a few times at the dragstrip the other night after 4800.

i used to have some problems with the car missing once in a while at higher rpm's...after new spark plugs, spark plug wires, and a coil...its been fine since
