please help engine misfire

Ive been looking on the forums for the last couple weeks on how to solve a misfire problem but no luck, maybe you guys can help me.
Its mis-firing at idle and isnt as strong as it used to be at WOT. When i get the car scanned it says MAF circuit and O2 bank one is slugish but i dont think an O2 would make a car misfire and I changed the MAF, the car also smells rich like its not burning all its fuel, Any help is appreciated

here is what ive changed/done in the past 3 weeks:
OPTI
Wires
Ignition coil
MAF
cleaned IAC

Re: please help engine misfire

Seems like a coolant temp sensor, it is located on front of the water pump. If it thinks the car is always cold its gonna throw fuel all the time, If it burns rich alot that o2 is gonna go nuts. Also change the fuel filter, if not done recently. You didnt change the plugs while you were at the wires? Also another cheap and easy thing to do is, clean that throttle body, egr, and iac port in the throttle body.

Re: please help engine misfire

Thanks i will try the temp sensor but do u think that would make it miss? I did put a 160 themostat in but that shouldent affect it (had it tuned for it to). but i replaced the plugs at the begining of the season with ac delco rapid fires gapped at .30 and changed the plug wires twice. Also tried cleaning throttle body, IAC and i have no EGR. I only other thing i can think of would be fuel injectors and i hear a flat spot in the cam would do it... hopefully its not something internal. Thanks again + any other ideas anyone?
