My car was sitting for a month and today I got home, jumped it and drove to the car wash. Everything seemed to be fine. After I washed my car I got in it and my service engine soon light was flashing on and off and my car was idleing rough. I tried driving it and it was stuttering real bad. Can someone help me please. The light flashing means a misfire was detected, which you already know. It could be the opti got wet, and it might just need to dry. You will need to have the code(s) pulled to find out exactly what the light means. It might lead to a weak plug or plug wire.

what should I do to let the opti dry? Just let it sit or leave it running for a while

This happened to me on my 97, after going through a car wash. I looked under the car and the balancer had rubbed through the vacuum line that keeps the opti vented. It was missing a little but drove it home and it's ok now. I always try to get the cheap wash that doesn't have the "bottom blaster"

If its not missing too bad I would let it idle for a bit and see if it clears.

It should dry out in a day. Dont worry unless problems persist.

the codes are P0100 saying there is a problem with the maf and or circuit and P0300 saying there is a random misfiring cylinder/cylinders. How should i go about this.

moisture is a killer with the opti id jump under the front of the car and check all cords and hoses on the bottom of that opti make sure there are no knicks or cuts on anything and that could possibly rule out the opti if its sealed correctly anyway. Anyways a quick check of the hoses will tell you if the opti for sure has a leak and then youll know for sure.

Do not push your posts back to the top until 24 hours have passed.

P0100 indicates the MAF sensor reading has gone static. With the key on, check for 12V between the pink wire and the black/white wire in the MAF harness connector. If you have 12V across those two wires, borrow an MAF that is known to be good and try it.
