piston dish help please

I am trying to figure out piston dish on my car so Lloyd can make my custom cam. When I bought the car the guy simply put down flat top pistons on an info sheet. Are most flat top pistons -5cc dish? Is there a way to calculate what they are? I am pretty sure my engines compression was 10.5:1, but am unsure of the head gasket thickness, or of any milling that may have been done to he block. Also he said 64cc combustion chambers. thanks for any help.

Re: piston dish help please

-5cc is close enough for flat tops with valve reliefs.
