I can't find anything on the search, but i know it's been asked before. I'm looking for a good repair manual for 94 lt1. i've heard before of one that cost around 30 bucks and puts the haynes manual to shame. thanx much. links to buying these would be greatly appreciated as well

 

The manual you heard about is the Helm manual. They were having a $30 sale for 95 and older vehicles. Check out helminc.com to see if its still running. I got mine, its a great manual.

 

Better hurry. In a few days, the manuals will be $100 more.

I got my Helm manual 2 weeks ago for $30. I've already used it more than I ever thought I would. Really helped me through trimming out unnecessary stuff in the wiring harnesses and doing other wiring.

 

How do i get to the manual that's 3000 pages, do i go to the "do-it-yourself" link on the helminc.com page?

Just curious, how does the manual come? Paperback like a couple of phone books or loose? I had shop manuals for my 84 Z28 and they were in two big blue binders... Kinda like large three ring school binders.

2 book set for 1994 on the top and 1 book for 1993 on the bottom. 1995 has 3 books due to the addition of the 3.8 V6 in mid-year.

Dang, that's a lot of money for the newer manuals. I got mine on ebay, like new for about $50.
