Piston cc's after milling a 3cc dome?
I currently have these installed in a running lt1, however the domes were milled off before they were installed. I'm having trouble reassuring myself how to calculate piston cc now since the 3cc dome is gone. I don't even know if you can calculate it with the information I have on hand...
So, anyone have an idea on the current cc's since the dome is gone? I looked at other similar pistons and they were 5cc with two valve reliefs and flat tops however, again I have no idea if you can even compare them that way.
Hope someone can help, with the little information I have on hand.

If the piston started with a 3cc dome, and you milled them flat (no valve reliefs), the cc's would be "0". If they have valve reliefs, you have to cc them to determine the volume.
A dome is minus cc's, a valve relief or dish is plus cc's and a flat top is 0.

I don't know why the manufacturer would have a different opinion. I clearly stated that if they were truly flat and had no valve reliefs they would be 0. If you cut valve reliefs after removing the dome, I don't know how the manufacturer would know they are 5cc.
