pcmforless tune/ tuned up / scanmastered / need help solving small fuel issue

My engine seems to run fine and if I let it idle for about 5 minutes (maybe a little less) without playing with the gas at all.. it throws a left and right bank heated oxygen sensor lean condition Trouble code (44, 64) and stumbles... then speeds up and goes on running. the time it takes for the "service engine" light to go away varies from a few seconds to a few minutes but it always does. until I park, let the engine idle. then the stumble, and the slight surge and the light comes on and so on and so forth. it is very consistant and my engine seems to be running fine. But this lean condition warning is probably dumping in extra fuel or could be pointing to a very simple problem and solution since it is so consistant.

I just don't know what to deduct from the situation and was hoping one of the seasoned pro's would know. thanks guys, kurt

How old are your o2's? Is there any problems with the car like exhaust leaks or vacuum leaks and such?

There are no exhaust leaks to my knowledge and everything is welded tight. the car actually does run a little smoother with my cutout open... go figure.. I have perfect fitting screw on caps for the A.I.R. Bungs and there aren't any vacuum leaks either. I double and triple checked the entire manifold and connecting hoses. The engine changes when you disconnect even a small hose so I know it is sealed up tight. My opti is original and my 02's are original...should I replace the 02's at least? those are easy enough, a wrench and a plug in harness.. piece of cake. Maybe I should just replace them because they are old...Are there any other sensors that get old and wear out. My low coolant sensor is bad... I want to do every sensor that can easily go bad and be replaed at once. any more?
