if you aren't running a cam, or don't plan to anytime soon, i wouldn't spin the stock internals much past 6200 or maybe 6300. i don't think the stock cam makes much power past 6k anyway.
vats could alleviate some headaches in the future as some of the components of the theft deturant wear out.
and a good temp for the fans is i think on at 190, off at 180. shoebox could give you a better answer on that.
and if i'm not mistaken, a 275/40/17 tire has the same height as a 245/50/16, which is 25.6. so you don't need to reprogram for the rims.

Keith,
why didn't you ask me directly?
VATS is Vehicle Anti Theft System and you don't need that removed.
The carbon canister is another emission device, but I would leave than on the car/enabled if I were you.
You can't bump up the injectors through programming, but the stock ones are good enough for your combo anyway.
If you sent me the list of everything you have, trust me, I'll go through everything and will program what is best for you.
