Im looking for info on pcm's the components that make up the pcm. really any info on the pcm you all can find

Like what? It just consists of two boards and the brain of the PCM consists of a AN28F512 Intel chip. There are two of them and I can send you the hex files if you want them. If you want to re socket the pcm's chip you will need a 32 pin PLCC style socket as well as solder braid and a thin tipped soldering gun. Some people use a heat gun to remove the chips..
