A short in the wiring or anything connected to the circuit, including:

MAF
PCM
theft deterrent module
fuel pump relay

I couldn't find anything, now I'm thing that it has something todo with the fuel pump because when I put a new fuse it and turn the ignition to on it blows and I never hear the fuel pump prime....

If the PCM IGN fuse blows, there is no PCM signal to turn on the fuel pump..... ?????

Check the MAF +12V wire very carefully. I think it is the pink one. They have been known to fail more often than you would normally expect. Check the resistance at the sensor end to see if it may be shorted to ground.

And if it is shorting to ground can I check this by just unpluging the MAF?

If the pink wire is shorted to ground in the harness, unplugging the MAF isn't going to solve anything.

I also didn't mean to NOT check the fuel pump.... just pointing out that there may be something else.

FIXED IT

I unpluged both the maf and the fuel pump reply and then tried it, I narrowed it down to the MAF, I checked it wires and it turns out that the pink (12v) wire was pinched between the valve cover and head (morons at the shop ).

Now anyways.... Could I have done any damage to an MAF?

Doubt that it hurt the MAF. That is the point of the fuse blowing.
