Pcm/ Fuel pump problems any experience

After chaning the opti and the coil, I cracked down and took the car to a shop. The car will only start when you jump the fuel relay. Either the PCM is bad or the line is bad. does anyone know how I can check for either of them rather than a trip to the dealer.

Isn't that what the ignition control module does? I don't know.

It goes to the ICM first, then it follows to the PCM.

The fuel pump relay has nothing to do with the ICM. Without more details on what was "jumped", there is no way to tell what was done or what was proven bad (maybe just the relay?).

Diagram for the relay and leads to the pcm. If it's not the relay, then check continuity on the wiring.
