P0141 code - bad o2?
P0141 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) heater circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
just scanned the car and im throwing the above code- im assuming this means my rear o2 is bad ? this correct or could it be the wiring - the o2 was replaced about 2k ago

Its either a burned out heater element in the O2 sensor, or a wiring problem in the +12V supply/ground for the heater element. If you swap the after-cat sensors side-to-side, and the problem moves with the sensor, its a sensor problem. If the problem stays on Bank 1, its a wiring/power supply problem.
