I'm going against the grain here..

I don't think the OTVC set up looks good. Clean shiny valve covers (preferabley aftermarket) look much better IMO. The more wires running around the engine bay, the worse it looks to me. I've also never had a problem with burning wires routed in the stock location.

However, it is understandable that people switch. Routing in the stock location on the passenger side can be a little annoying.

Installed my LTs around 15,000 miles ago and I'm still running 80k mile stock wires in their stock location. Just make sure they are all ziptied out of the way and you can save $100 for something more usefull

top mount and they drop straight down

still gotta zip-tie, but now they have good clearance from each primary
