Its an external Torx E-4. Snap-On has them. You can take one of the screws out of the top plate on the thottle body, wrap the threads in tape and grip it in a vise grip, and use it like a socket.... or any other T-15 screw.

Along the same lines, you can also put two nuts on the TB screw and jam them together sort of the way you do to pull studs for a carb. Then you can use a ut driver to pull the Opti apart. That's what I did the 1st time I had my opti out to replace it.
