opti/rotor, place to buy?

opti/rotor, place to buy?
Cant seem to find opti and rotor kit for my 1994 lt1 no vents. If I buy the entire opti http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku does it come with cap and rotor? Also, if I buy from dealer its $390 for cap and rotor, and $490 for the entire thing.
