Motor not turning over smothly?!

Motor not turning over smothly?!

My motor feels every once in a while like it's knocking very hard in idle. I rev it a little and it's perfect. All power is there. I have an SES light on (it's been on from a bad 02), but no way to scan it right now. It's not misfiring except every once in a while it will have a random one. Anybody able to give insight without knowing what code may have come up?

It also will not like to lock the converter while cruising intermittently. Which I've heard can be caused by a random miss.

P0153 o2
P0154 o2
P0155 o2
P0300 Random/multiple misfire.

Knocking like somethings hitting my engine. Like I'd think the engine is blown, but it does it intermittently.

my trans am did that when i built it, and come to find out it actually had a broken flywheel which would make a noise intermittently, but then go away, until it got to where it did it all the time.. the power felt good and i didnt notice any vibrations but that was what the problem was for me, just thought i would share that and try and help

It's not a noise, it's felt through the gas pedal and the rest of the car. I can hear it, but it's not necessarily a sound.

I JUST changed my oil too. Oil pressure is what it always has been.

I'm going to check my flywheel anyway when I get a second, cause it was my first idea.

Can a flywheel out of balance cause this? Like missing a bolt or something? I've had a rattling there very seldom but it's there sometimes.

Checked out my flywheel. Everything looks fine. Bolts and all. I found a lose bracket for my tranny mount and tightened it up. I wondered if that was causing hellish false knock and causing the problems as far as the HUGE knocking in idle and tranny not staying locked up. I was wrong. It still does it.

Checked for codes again when I got back from the short drive.

Current:

p0151
p0154
p0174 bank 2 too lean
p6703 unknown

Pending:

p0154
p0303 cyl 3 misfire
p1153

0174 scares me.

Can anyone offer any advise? Clearly I'm going to stop driving until I fix the 02, but it's been bad forever. I have tried to swap it out and CANNOT get in there to unbolt it. I can't heat it or anything.

Could this all be related!?
