Okay lets try to diagnose this.
Okay lets try to diagnose this.
When i turn right it feels like i have real bad wheel hop. But its not wheel hop. My transmission moves a lot when this happens. I replaced my tranny mount with a Energy Suspension one. So i know that is not the problem. I know its not actual wheel hop because that wouldn't cause my transmission to move like that. So what could be causing this? The only things that connect to the transmission is the engine and the driveshaft. Right? If my rear end was moving while turning would that move my tranny around? What should i look for? If my gears were messed up wouldn't it do it all the time? I want to get this fixed before i mod the car more. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
A friend of mine with a '96 t/a had a loose panhard rod and his rear end was swingin everywhich way. It was making his trans make all sorts of noise because the driveshaft was not aligned properly, especially around turns. I would just go through the undercarriage and check everything. Sounds like something is loose.
same thing
Shae here man! when i make a right turn i hear kind of like a bang noise some times just one some times like 5 really quick
I am going under my car as soon as it is dry out to track it down
i think someting came lose because i whip da b1tch around turns all the time.
In my caprice i whipped once really hard and broke the sway bar and sent it into the tire wich blew...sounded like i had lost the whole back end
I guess i shoudnt whip her around turns so much but i never learn
