OK need HELP BAD PLEASE READ!!
First let me say thank you for taking the time to read this & respond if you do .
OK so I did the V6 conversion got the Lt1 in there all hooked up had a guy come over he reflashed the computer & only had an automatic tune on his laptop so we just threw that on for now this was like last week the car ran Ok it seemed real doggish like you couldn't even do a burn out if you dropped the clutch but as soon as hit about 3 grand she woke up & just took off .
So yesterday I went & had an alignment the guy who did it also is the guy who does the computer reprogramming anyway I told him the way the car was running so he told me he had a new stock M6 program he has now & would throw on , so we did that took it for a ride & it seemed a little better but still real Doggish at the bottom . So I jumped in the car later that night got on the Hwy on my way to a friends to show him the car & as I'm going down the HWY the car starting pulsating kind of like misfiring now it didn't do this when I had the auto tune on the car & drove on the HWY back from the alignment shop , so I got off my exit & it was just running like CRAP it was smoking like running real rich.
the Service engine soon light came on for like 2 miles then just shut off during all this. So I got to my friends shut it off hung out for awhile when to another friends & it didn't do it took him for a ride ROMPED on the car for a few parked it , then drove home on the HWY & about 4-5 miles into the journey it started doing it again just pulsating back & forth just running like CRAP.
So Any Ideas what would be causing this , My car is a 95 LT1 with a 95 T56 trans Automatic wiring harness converted to a stick , headers , bigger throttle body , New opti spark , new water pump , new AIC , NO EGR , NO pollution pump , No cat all this has been turned off in the computer , its not getting hot shes running at like 190 degrees oil pressure is awesome 50 lbs when driving im just lost there's just no LOW end on this car please help so I can get this car right other wise its going on EBAY!!!! & I don't want to do that

If its running rich I am gonna say either you aren't getting good spark or the tune he gave you is not for your setup.
I would suggest getting a tune from a vendor on this site, its pretty cheap and that would eliminate that possibility.

its not throwing any codes at all , except the skip shift code , we going to hook the laptop to it & drive it & log it as were driving & see if it comes up with anything.

You said "the Service engine soon light came on for like 2 miles then just shut off during all this". If the SES light came on, the code that caused it to come on is stored in the PCM and can be retrieved with a scanner. Might give you an idea where the problem is originating.

Ok thanks the guy is comming over today to put the laptop back on it.
Any idea why it has no low end you cant even peel out even when you drop the clutch not that I want to but its just a dog on the bottom??

OK I changed the fuel filter , check all the wires , re did the rubber around the maf sensor & cold air intake then took her for a ride on the HWY again & this darn thing was pulsating again , so I got off on a exit pulled over in a parking lot left it running temp looked great oil pressure everything looked great just running like crap so I popped the hood reved it up a few times then just for kick I unpluged the MAF sensor & she ran fine after that no more pulsating or anything still a little bit of a Dog off the line but no more pulsating go figure it was the MAF sensor so I just wanted to pass this along incase anyone wanted to know what the problem was .
