Oil leak again!

I just changed my rear main a year ago, drove it all last summer and no oil leaking at all. Stored it for winter, just got it out of storage, drove it once and now I have another leak. Seams to be leaking on the left and right side of the block and onto the starter. Does anyone know why it might be leaking? Back of the block is dry. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Oil leak again!

Loose oil pan bolts? You had to drop that to do the rear main seal, right? Check that and valve covers.

Valve covers, intake manifold, oil pan.... all possible.

You might want to check your oil dipstick tube too (where it enters the block).

Mine was leaking but it was most noticable while driving. The oil would find its way to the y pipe and start smoking, it also coated the starter.
