Odd misfire today, any ideas?

I don't drive my Z much anymore, maybe once a week for 30 or 40 miles, sometimes it sits for two weeks garaged. It was running like a champ up til today though. So today she gave me a bad misfire, multiple cylinders... basically cutting off for about a second, firing a few times, backfired, missed again badly, then was fine for the next mile. SES light came on. Then pulling out of a gas station she died on me. Started right back up. Died again Started up. Drive perfect for about 10 miles, was check by Autozone and it had NO codes. Then it missed a few times at highway speed and we continued on our way. No SES light this time.

Optispark was replaced long ago, hopefully this is not the problem again. This just doesn't seem like an opti issue. Dirty injectors? Coil wire? Fuel pump? I only run 93 octane. It has been a while since I ran some injector cleaner thru it but I can't imagine that causing such a bad misfire. Any ideas?

As a follow up to my problem. My car is missing less now but exibiting starting problems. Sometimes it takes 5 seconds of cranking to fire up and sometimes it will die right after it cranks. It idles fine, drives fine MOST of the time. I'm beginning to think it's a bad fuel pump. What do you folks think?
