obd2 questions
As far as "responding better to mods", there really is no serious difference. From what I've heard, OBD I cars have issues with higher stall convertors, but are easier to tune due to less parameters under watch by the PCM. The software to tune OBD I is also significantly cheaper than software for OBD II.
