Ok so my car is trowing codes 26 and 27. I looked on shbox.com and have seen that these are

26 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge solenoid valve circuit
27 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) vacuum control signal solenoid valve circuit

My questions are this. First will these codes that Car to be put into "Limp Home Mode" and second where would i begin to look to fix these problems? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

I have looked this up and i see that both 26 and 27 have to do with emissions parts. Which my car does not have. How would i program these out of the pcm i have the cable and a laptop.

 

You need to turn off the code reporting in the switch table. I'm curious why you asked for troubleshooting advice when you have the items removed.

While that code list is labeled "94", its clearly for a 93, not a 94. There are no "quad drivers" on a 94. 93 was last year.
