From: the STL

obd code

got a code 23 intake manifold temp low changed sensor cleared code still their checked voltage at pigtail got 5 volts what else can i do to fix it or can something set it off?

Most likely something in the wiring then.

Test the sensor using this, courtesy of Shoebox:

While testing the harness wire, make sure you twist and jiggle it to identify an intermittent condition.
