noaperformance aluminum valve covers

Anyone have these, and do you guys know if they will clear 1.6 roller rockers?
Thanks!

Those look really nice, but the questions remains, are they high enough/clearanced for 1.6 rockers?

I have the Noah Performance valve covers. They will not clear the Comp Cams 1.6 Pro Magnum rockers without serious work. As delivered, the cast center supports of the valve cover will not fit in between the rockers. I had to use a 1/4" die grinder and cut most of the center support away in order to fit them. Even then, they were close. I used clay and mocked them up to verify the clearance after cutting the center supports.

That being said, they are tall enough and will clear the alternator just fine. So, it is up to you if you want to invest the time in them to fit them.

My 2 cents...

Wow, those are the best looking aluminum valve covers I've seen for the LT1, not cheap, but very nice

Too much work for too much money to clear 1.6's. I'll keep the stockers until I can find composite LT4 covers.

My valve covers look exactly like that except I got them off of ebay for 99 bucks. I have Pro Magnums and the valve covers clear them just fine.

I picked up some new identical ones (counter-sunk with stainless allen head bolts just like in your link there) off eBay a few months back for around $100 shipped.

I had to do some grinding for them to work with the 1.6 Pro Mags, but after they're installed - it was well worth it. Great looking covers!

I am glad I checked e-bay before I order, I think I got the same ones you guys are talking about.
heres the link.

I paid 105 for them, I needed them asap so I had to use the buy now option.
Anyway I hope these solve my problems.
