Correct. 93-94s got hardened pushrods. They stopped in 95 (actually late 94), because GM thought it unneccesary to include them.

Any way to tell how late your 94 model is to see if you need new pushrods? Or another way?

Get new ones regardless. Hardened pushrods arent but $40 or less a set.

Re: New RR install

Eh, fair enough, just thought I could re-use them since they only have 50k on em. But getting new pushrods amoung other things is going to make this RR project more costly that I want it to be. Thanks Spinner.

Re: New RR install

Do it right, do it ONCE.

Much cheaper then replacing broken stuff down the road.

Re: New RR install

Yes, thats true, I never skimp on parts. Just figured I could get away with a cheap mod for once. So $40 for pushrods, $200+ for some NSA 7/16 1.6 Pro Mags, how much for springs, guideplates, locks and retainers?

Re: New RR install

LT4 stuff is cheap and gets the job done with a stock cam. LT4 springs/retainers/locks and guideplates altogether can be had for less then $100

Odd... My '95 had the little dimples on the bottoms Regardless, I got some CC chromoly pushrods anyway to be on the safe side.

A good deal of the 95 camaros were at the dealers by late 1994
