New problems to me, need some help with were to start trouble shooting.

So the last day or three my 94' has been acting up. Here is what it has been doing. When I am pulling away from a start, just giving it enough gas to get going, the car will sometimes hesitate once or twice and then pull away. Also, when I was coming to a stop this morning on the way into work, I was stopping at a light and was about a foot away from a complete stop and the car hesitated and almost stalled but didn't. It did this two days ago when I was sitting at a light and was watching the RPM's at idle and in OD, the RPM's where at a hair under 1K. Then the car almost stalled and then the RPM's dropped to between 500-750. Icheck my oil and it was fine, checked my coolant and it was fine, I also checked my trans fluid and had to add about a quart to it (two days ago) after a hard down shift.

Any help on where I should start looking for problems or at least give my indy an idea of what it could be if I have to go that route.

When was the last time it had a complete tune up? Including coil, O2s and a fuel filter?

Does the engine temp sensor work correct?

Purchased the car back in november and my brother-in-law and I did a tune up. New wires, plugs, new water pump, belt, filters. We did not change the opti-spark, the coil or O2 sensors. I have no lights on the dash other then the occational check gauges when the oil pressure drops when coming to a hard/quick stop do to the lack of baffles in the oil pans. I have only put about 6-7k on the car since I purchased it. This is not my daily driver, I ride my motorcycle most of the time, but it is in the shop due to a broken exhaust stud on the head, so I am making more use of the car until the bike is back on the road. I put some injection cleaner in my last fill up, thinking that maybe my injectors are gummed up.

Mine has done that before and it was a bad O2 sensor.
