New intake elbow doesn't fit?

Sorry I can't help more... Mine fit, but it was a tight fit and was with the stock air box... I assume the slp has less play being metal and all...

I assume that the SLP goes through a block off plate down to where the filters hide... Can that whole plate shift a little farther toward the outside and allow a little more room?

yes i too had the same problem...trick flow aluminum elbow and slp cai...i trimed the elbow a half inch and it fits just fine. yeah i know what ur sayin about not wanting to trim a 90 doller part.

I had to trim my Moroso one down a couple of inches when I installed the elbow... no biggie for me, the Moroso one is just black plastic.
