new heads...lots of measurements

I just ordered a set of AFR 1039 heads for my 93 camaro with a 383. I'm planning on running a 1.6 RR as well. One of the things that was recommended I do, is to go over valvetrain geometry and try and get the correct length pushrods. However, it looks as though I will also have to check my piston to valve clearance. My question is: will pushrod length affect piston to valve clearance? Because if it does, then which measurement should I try and do first? Is that an accurate question?

Thanks! Giovanni

No, the correct pushrod length will not affect PTV clearance.
