New fuel pump not cycling (Please Help!!!)

Hi guys, I just got done installing my Granatelli fuel pump kit, I'm not using the bucket for a few reasons (I know I should). Anyway thats not my problem, I just got done changing the fuel filter, triple checked everything, and all looks good. I just used the supplied connectors to the pump they gave me, and they can only fit one way. I put the assembly back into the tank. I have 2 relays just to make sure everything is good. And when I turn the ignition on the pump won't cycle through at all. I'm scratching my head here. I pulled the ring off the top part and made sure the wires are connected to the bottom of the yellow connector on the top just to be sure. My battery is charged. Everything looks good. I have no clue what it could be? Please I need help fast. My old pump wasn't cycling through either which is why I changed it out. What could the problem be?

Why are you using 2 relays What's better about 2 that isn't good enough for 1? Did you check to see if your getting power to the first relay? Is the fuse ok? Did you hook them up in parallel or series?
