New dyno numbers

I was looking for the 300 mark but fell short.

295 rwhp and 328 rwtq
a/f ratio was 14 to 1

Weather was hot and humid

What do you think?

The car also has 120K miles on it. I was happy but i will go back in better weather to get that 300 mark.

You drop that A/F a point and you'll be there.

Holy crap! Great numbers.

Thanks for posting your numbers. I have a very similar setup, engine wise, and I thought there was more in it. Your numbers prove that. I'm happy with my numbers right now, but would be REALLY happy with your numbers.

Those are SAE numbers right?

My STD numbers were 289 rwhp / 322 rwtq

Then "going back in better weather" isn't going to help.... that's what the correction factor takes care of.

The dyno operator said it was just for elavation when i asked that question. I thought that it was corrected for temp and other conditions.

"SAE" factor corrects the data to 29.23"Hg barometer, 77degF inlet air temp, and 0% humidity.

Yeah, if it's only corrected for altitude somehow, then it's not corrected to SAE. How high of an altitude are you at? I'm not sure I can compare to your numbers anymore, because I'm at sea level, and no matter how you correct to higher altitudes, I'm not sure you would come up with the same numbers as you would at sea level.

What does the dyno chart say on it?

Good numbers though.

I would say those are very good numbers. And the SAE
correction takes care of everything, temp, pressure and
moisture content. It's what you call a level playing field.
Just as Injuneer said.
