New Denso O'2 sensor (lead safe)

Anyone have the new Denso O'2 sensors. The ones that are not supposed to ruin with leaded fuel.

There is an article about them in the new GMHTP. You should check it out.

If you go to the Denso website, the info indicates that these are able to tolerate about twice the lead exposure of "standard" sensors. That will help if you only run leaded fuel at the track, but it doesn't make them suitable for extended exposure to leaded fuels. The GMHTP article indicates the first one they tested failed fairly quickly.

I don't think they can be described as "lead safe"..... maybe better "lead tolerant".

only when i spray the car do i run leaded fuel, so it sounds like an option!
