New Clutch/Driveline Problems!

Ok, McLeod street twin installed since Tuesday, has approximately 360 miles now.

Suddenly tonight, there started a very bad rattling coming from the tranny/clutch area. It's not the exhaust, and you can feel it in the floor of the car. It's only when the car is slowing via engine braking (clutch still in with car in gear) or when the car is in neutral.

I know the McLeod is supposed to have a pretty pronounced chatter when breaking in, but it that what I'm experiencing?

If not, does anyone have any ideas? I can't see anything rattling around, and until tonight, the clutch was acting flawlessly. Thanks guys!

That's what I'm thinking, but it's not consistent. It doesn't do it every time. And I'm quite sure it's not the tranny because the car will do it when in neutral also. it's not a shake, just a real bad heavy rattle, enough to feel in the floor and hear quite distinctly from outside the car.
